My friend gets offers and I haven't gotten any offers and I've been playing for years

The only way I know of to contact customer services is by contacting players support. Use the "contact us" at the bottom of this page. Or use setting in your app, especially if it is about something specific to your game.
What is the email address through which I can submit a complaint?
Have you purchased offers previously @fbugammaz. If you have then there seems to be an unfortunate history of King increasing the price of offers for people that have paid for previous offers.
All you can do is email King via Player Support to complain that your offers aren't as cheap as they used to be. Having a screen shot of your cheaper offers to send them would be useful.
My friend got 10 gold for 0.99 cents and I got them for 1.99
Hello @fbugammaz which type of offers are you referring to? We all get different events and offers, but we should all get some.
