My "watch this video" feature is not functioning on my candy crush saga which I play through Facebook on my kindle fire. Can you please allow access to it. I would like to receive the rewards available. Thank you!

Second step is to make sure Candy Crush is proper connected: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/lost-your-connection-to-facebook-android
If the problem is still there then I suggest you do a re-installation of the game.
I saw on another thread a step by step instruction on how to do it:
1) Make sure you have the game connected to Facebook or Kingdom (this will save your progress, highscores and gold bars) To save your boosters you'll need to do a backup of your mobile data.
2) Un-install the app
3) Reboot your tablet
4) Now it's time to download the app and install it again. Find the app on Amazon Store and click on 'install'
5) After the game has been installed you should now be able to start it normally.
6) Don't forget to connect the game to Facebook (blue button) or Kingdom (orange button) in order to retrieve your game progress, highscores and gold bars. For the boosters you'll need to do a restore process in order to recreate them.

Hi admin I don't have a video reward any more also the airbalon reward also the sweet cinema reward can you help me please the game so hard without these rewards help I will appreciate if you can help me so I can continue to play the game.
Hello @Sonia_dawoos please try the troubleshooting techniques detailed above by @Wunderbaum and @Alicen_Herrin, but please note that you will lose your boosters if you uninstall the App
Also note Air Delivery and Sweet Cinema are not permanent features of your game and can come and go randomly. Having had a feature is no guarantee that you will keep it, or get it back if you lose it. After following the troubleshooting advice, you will have to play the game and wait to see if your features return. As explained though it is not guaranteed that you will get them back even if you follow the advice.
If you have purchased anything recently it is all but certain that you will not get your features back.
