I am sorry to hear that you are missing some Gold Bars!!
From which event did you win those 25 Gold Bars? After winning, did you make sure that they have reached your game? How long has been since you won that 25 GB?
Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?
If not, please try β> (1) close the game β shut down your device and turn it back on after 5 minutes β reopen your game app and see if the missing GB came back;
(2) Log out of the game β close the App β restart your device after shutting it down for 5 minutes β reopen the app and log back in β check if your Gold Bars have returned.If nothing helped, please reply back and let me know π«π«

I won the 25 gold bars on Top That about 2 hours ago. I have tried turning my phone and tablet off but nothing has worked.

Oh!! Thank you for clarifying that you won the 25 GB from "Top That" event.
Multiple players are complaining about this issue and it is not just you. I will report this issue to our Community In-charge.

I'm halfway thru level 22 and I think I have to quit. Too much! I've played over 200 levels (gold pins) to get here. I don't cheat, only play one account so now on level 15260. Can't imagine trying this if players can't pass levels.
They need to allow more time or offer an opportunity to get a "doubler" or "X10" boost.

I have passed enough levels that I should have received 50 gold bars and it pops up and tells me I have no internet connection and cheats me out of my gold bars.

Were you supposed to receive those 25 Gold Bars from "Top That" event?
If so, we have received multiple complaint about this issue!! Please wait till tomorrow and I will inquire with out Community In-charge and get back to you.

It happens to me few times, when i reach the target to get 50 gold bars and when i click "Claim" . it shows me "No connection, try again later" and then my gold bars gone!!!!
This is very sad2 -
