Logged in to King account but redeem doesn’t work

I got a gift card and trying to redeem it and ir says I have to login, but it won’t accept my login info for my account. Anyone else have this issue?

The store.king url will not let me use the same login I use here. When I try to sign up with the email I use for the game, it says it is already in use and I cannot use it. So how do I redeem to this account?

If you have Digital Cards ⬇️

You’ll receive your gift card via email;
Open the email to see your card's code and PIN;
Go to store.king.com;
Sign into your account or create a new account;
Enter the code and PIN on the site;
Choose the game you want to add the Gold Bars to;
Head to the game and enjoy!

If you have Physical cards:

Go to store.king.com;
Sign in with your account or create a new account;
Scratch to reveal the PIN and enter the card’s code on the site;
Choose the game you want to add the Gold Bars to;
Head to the game and enjoy!
