what about when you need extra moves and have no gold bars
Just based on what various versions get, the hardest would be the win app.
That being said, the difference is less than it used to be.
I try playing on my mobile, but it is too small, but I do get the ads on my mobile when it works the few times, I tried playing the ads freeze the game and you have to restart the phone, so then you lose the round you were playing. I prefer playing on my PC nice large screen, don't seem to have many glitches I don't know if the games or harder or not as I do not know what the other players are getting.🙂
I only play on Android @RubyRoyce so can't really vote one way or the other. I think if you had added Facebook as a choice I would have selected that as Facebook users seem to face the most issues.
PC users get more moves if they are at the end of the map, but they don't seem to get many of the other features that mobile users get. As the levels are released first to PC users I suppose this means they face the glitches first making PC potentially more difficult
iOS users would appear to receive the occasional different level to mobile and PC users.
Mobile users get every feature but suffer from just as many issues as Facebook users.
I only play on iOS so can't really say, but I heard people say that only mobile versions get Season Pass every week. I wouldn't want to play without that event. I certainly haven't ever had any of the connection issues many complain about and have never lost an event out of the blue on iOS. But then I only play on my reliable home wifi.

level 2657. You need to break 105 tiles and drop a few characters to win in 19 moves. Now I’ve previously reached over level 10,000 and don’t remember having to buy gold to extend play time to pass levels. Looks like my CC days are numbered unlike the goes on level 2657.
