Why do I only have for eg 15 moves for level 9256 while other players have 30. I can't pass any levels anymore without accumulating more moves then using gold bars. In so annoyed I'm getting ready to give up and find another game instead.

Even with all the boosters I can't get passed levels without letting the moves build up and then spending gold bars
King is currently adjusting the levels. They do it from time to time. Right now you are likely in a test group that only has 15 turns for the level. Not much you can do unless the level is objectively impossible with pre game boosters and only 15 turns. If it is, it is a bug and needs to be reported.
Beyond that, not much can be done.
