Hello @justvivekk sorry to hear you have lost all of your boosters, but as they are stored on your device this is always a risk if your devices crashes for some reason.
If you purchased any of the boosters you have lost with your own money then King will replace them if you contact them. If you have only lost boosters that you have won by playing the game then you can try contacting King to complain but they don't always replace free boosters that have been lost.
That shouldn't be happening
