** If you are playing on a mobile device, please follow below steps⬇️
- Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of the game map screen;
- Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
- Go down to "Events" and click on it;
- Select "Candy Royale" and click on it;
- Scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us". You will see a form to fill out;
- Submit your complaint.

I’m so sick of this Candy Royale that I’m forced to participate in. It is so violent when you don’t pass a game to be tossed out on your head. If I lose while playing it I just stop playing and find a different game to play. I won’t witness that visual of me being thrown out of the game. Your loss, I would play a lot more if you didn’t force me into that stupid thing.
