Wrong email and password combination notification

When trying to connect my game with Facebook account, I’m getting a notification that it’s the wrong email/username and password combination. Also, I’ve had to reconnect every time I’ve logged into the game the last three days. I do not want to have to delete my account and restart after 12 years of progress. Any fix to this?

im playing on mobile but connected with my Facebook account. I haven’t been able to login since the 14th, it says wrong email/password combo every time and nothing has changed on my end. I tried different methods that support told me about and none of them helped, now I can’t login to the game at all :(

This current discussion was from May, when the game crashed for all players! We did not receive any complaints about the game crashing! So, the issue you are experiencing might be different!

Can you please tell me what's going on in your game starting with the device you are using and the version you have right now?

This has been happening to me too. But now, I accidentally logged out of my account and can’t log back in because of the notification “wrong email and password combination”. How can i log in now? I do not want to lose my progress either..

Please do not reinstall your game as it will not resolve the issue.

And logging in every day is a change brought in by Facebook! If we are logged into the game with Facebook, we have to bear this annoyance 🙃

Ganhava vidas extras agora já não ganho mais ,sempre era uma ajuda para avançar na competição.

I am restricted and playing candy crush lite version due to rules and regulations I do not know why ?

Level 10054 is impossible to pass because the 4th required Dragon does not drop, I have used many booster and bombs and still have not cracked this level because the fourth and last required doesn't appear.

Got Booster Wheel Jackpot, But It Didn't Include the 15min UFO
I got the booster wheel spin jackpot today, and it looks like it's supposed to include everything that shows on the wheel. However, there was no 15 min unlimited UFO blaster (it showed it in the graphic showing you won the jackpot, but it was not in my boosters). Is this a known issue or just a one off glitch?
