I changed phones, I was able to sign in and get progress back on saga and soda but it doesn't give daily treats on either one

Since this is Candy Crush Saga Community, we can only discuss about this game. When you said Daily Prizes, are you talking about the Booster Wheel OR Daily Treat Machine?
Do you have any features in your Events folder? Can you show me a screenshot of your Events folder?

level 6830 the bottom button is all jumbled up, I already rebooted and cleared cache.
Why I am getting ads to get prizes?
As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? It says level needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up so I can't even play it.
Ads that start with scrolling green line across bottom and green OPEN rectangle "crash" most of the time. Only the green line ones have problem. Problem: ad plays, x appears top right corner.
