Lost all levels after sync with facebook

Hi! I’ve decided to synch my game with Facebook but after doing so I lost all my levels and returned to level 2. I’ve followed all the links provided and followed all the instructions given but it still doesn’t work. Please help!

    I was asked to sign into Facebook and lost my game. Please help, have been playing around 7 years

    I lost my treats and lives after unistalling, I had to fix my gesture on my phone, I've always signed in with Facebook so I'm not sure why my they werent saved. I am still on my same level which is good. Any way to get back my treats I've earned.  Thanks!

    I’ve lost my levels too after connecting to Facebook dropping from about 840 to 110 !! Can you please help me get back - i did know that I could or should have saved with an email address.
