I can't use my gold bars to buy anything or buy more moves. I keep getting an error that says connecting to store but nothing happens
I'm having the same exact issue, are there any solutions?
Is this a recent change @Shenifa9226 or have you never been able to use your gold bars.
If you are using a Huawei device then you can't access the Google Store.
A couple weeks ago, I had lost all my gold bars in an update or something to the game. Maybe it's connected to that because once I got my gold bars back, I lost the opportunity to use them.

I also just realized my friends are all gone. So I can't ask them for lives. 😭 What is happeningg

To be honest connection issues similar to what your screenshots show have been going on for years and as far as I know there is no easy fix.
Here are some things you can try.
Turn off your WiFi and connect to the internet using mobile data instead. Open your game and see if you can use the store.
Clear the app cache and restart your device.
If none of that works I am afraid that all you can do is contact King Player Support and see if they can help you.
I currently also have no events.
Having no Events is another issue that has been going on for quite some time now. The fix for this though is easy and all you have to do is play a level. Once you have completed a level return to your Events screen and your Events should reappear.
