I can't use my gold bars to buy anything or buy more moves. I keep getting an error that says connecting to store but nothing happens

That's a shame @Shenifa9226 as playing and winning levels usually works to make the missing Events reappear. In conjunction with you not being able to invite friends it does sound like you are playing offline/unconnected.
I take it everything other than Candy Crush is working normally on your device?
Good luck with Player Support as I have read you need a lot of patience to deal with them.
When you contact them the first response you will receive is an automated response that tells you to come to this forum for help. After you have received the automated response you have to wait 72 hours for a response from a real person. If you don't get a response after waiting then reply to that automated response stating that you still need help with your problem.
Please do not uninstall your app unless Support tell you to.

To be honest connection issues similar to what your screenshots show have been going on for years and as far as I know there is no easy fix.
Here are some things you can try.
Turn off your WiFi and connect to the internet using mobile data instead. Open your game and see if you can use the store.
Clear the app cache and restart your device.
If none of that works I am afraid that all you can do is contact King Player Support and see if they can help you.
I currently also have no events.
Having no Events is another issue that has been going on for quite some time now. The fix for this though is easy and all you have to do is play a level. Once you have completed a level return to your Events screen and your Events should reappear.

Are you seeing a message like the one shown below?
A couple weeks ago, I had lost all my gold bars in an update or something to the game. Maybe it's connected to that because once I got my gold bars back, I lost the opportunity to use them.
Is this a recent change @Shenifa9226 or have you never been able to use your gold bars.
If you are using a Huawei device then you can't access the Google Store.
I'm having the same exact issue, are there any solutions?
