I was experincing candy crus not loading up. So I reinstalled using facebook. I turned off Ipad. Yest is still does not load. Once I get to my level which is 7,208 it shuts down. Pls help

My account was messed up during All Stars and disconnected from my FB. It’s back to normal now but I have logged in with my email for a long time. It feels safer and more convenient that way.
