I will enquire with our Community In-charge and find out what you will have to do to fix the issue on your iPhone. But, you have to wait till Monday as our Community In-charge team is off for the weekend. Until then, please play the game only on your iPad.
On iPhone when I click continue as Paul it opens a game as new player from tutorial and first level but on my iPod I am in level 14039. On iPod I saved game in Facebook with my email address. On iPhone when I download Candy Crush Saga I need to be able to change email address "paul_tombakian@yahoo.com" to my email address.

Did you open the game till you see the map? If you did open the map, do you have all the game progress and your profile picture & boosters intact?
I downloaded Candy Crush Saga into my new iPhone 15 plus, click Accept Terms of Use, click Retrieve My Progress, click Continue with Facebook, pops up screen "Candy Crush Saga" Wants to Use "Facebook.com" to Sign in, I click continue and it said Candy Crush Saga is requesting access to: Your name and profile picture, email address and friends list. Also shows "Continue as Paul". When I hit "Edit access" it shows email address "paul_tombakian@yahoo.com" which is my husband email address and I cannot change it to my email address.

As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? It says level needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up so I can't even play it.
