I have the updated version and am connected to the internet. I keep getting no internet connection and unable to connect to the store. I am not trying to connect to the store. Also I am not receiving lives. But I am getting requests for lives from friends. my event page is frozen. I have followed the instructions on how to troubleshoot. It didn’t work. Please correct at your end. Thank you.

Please Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

Which device are you using? Are you experiencing issue only while trying to purchase the boosters?
Do you see any error message? If so, can you show me a screenshot of that error message?
Can you please explain what do you mean by “events page is frozen”?
I am using an Apple iPad the majority of the time. And occasionally use an Android phone.
I am not trying to purchase anything at and of game. I am getting the message above. Also I sent the event page which had been this way for several days.
