Every time I log back in to candy crush it has moved me forward levels I haven't played and pushed me to the start of a new section of levels. All the levels it pushes me past it marks with 1 star even though I haven't played them at all. This has been happening constantly ever since I switched from my iPhone to my new Android and connected my Facebook account. Its been about a month now. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and nothing resolves the issue. Other players who've had this same problem have needed technical support from a representative who could access their account to somehow fix the problem, but every time I've tries to email customer support they just send me an automated response sending me to the help discussions on here
. Please help. I want to play the game and the fact that it keeps jumping me forward whole sections of levels is taking all the fun out of it. Thank you.
