When you said "your site" - are you saying in this King Community, your name is wrong? I see it as "Game2021" only🤔

I'm at level 5764, and I'm so frustrated, I may have to delete my account, which I really don't want to do. I love the game!

Hello. Nothing worked, however, I noticed that on your site my name is not Game 2021. It shows as another Game number. I don't know if this makes a different, but I still get my correct games on both my iPhone and Computer. I don't know what to do next.

Check Your Account: Make sure you're logged into the same King or Facebook account on your iPad that you use on your iPhone and PC.
- Open Candy Crush on your iPad.
- Go to the settings menu (gear icon).
- Check if you’re logged into your King or Facebook account. If not, log in with the same account details you use on your other devices.
Sync Your Progress: Sometimes syncing can solve the issue.
- On your iPhone or PC, open Candy Crush and ensure it’s connected to your account.
- Play one level to force a sync with the server.
- Now, open Candy Crush on your iPad and check if the progress updates.
Check for Updates: Ensure that your iPad and Candy Crush app are updated to the latest versions.
- Go to Settings > General > Software Update to check for iOS updates.
- Go to the App Store and check for updates for Candy Crush.
Reinstall the Game: If you still don't see your progress, try reinstalling the game on your iPad.
- Delete the Candy Crush app from your iPad.
- Reinstall it from the App Store.
