why can’t I connect to the App Store on my kindle fire while playing games

Up until a couple days ago I was connecting fine..I also have a fire tablet…will not connect to store...thinking about quitting the game …so irritating
If you contact the help desk they'll tell you they know about the issue and they are working on it. If you expect a response from someone who works for King, scroll down to contact and go there abs fill out a form for answers. The community may acknowledge what is going on but they are not the place to actually talk to someone that can give you an answer about situations such as this. This is a more social atmosphere.
I still can't connect to the app store on my Kindle fire. It's been several days now. I made a large purchase of bars last weekend last weekend used some to get six hours and that was it. Please help.
