Inventory page missing, boosters still available in game

Recently, when I start my game, and click Profile, I am unable to see the boosters. Only show Edit name and the Inventory is completely gone. Into any level, I can see that the boosters I bought earlier are still available to use. I am now unable to use my gold bars to buy new boosters as the Inventory page is replaced by Edit name. Please advise if you encounter similar problem. Thanks.

This is a test that King is running. So far no one has had anything positive to say about it. See New Inventory Update not an issue this is a test near the top of the discussions.

Hi my friend did you try playing an old level and closing down then leaving your device off for a moment or two this sometimes brings back your inventory and events tab items

Also try selecting edit name and see what it shows you it may be as simple as re typing your name and saving it or adding/changing a letter

Let me know how you get on with these steps 💓

Hi friend, I am referring to Candy Crush Saga. Currently, I have close to 5000 golden bars but when I click my profile picture, I only see the screenshot below. There is no Inventory. It continue to show this way for the past few days. As a result, I cannot use my golden bars to purchase new boosters. Any advice, thank you PrettyBubbles.

Sometimes playing any level then closing down and leaving your device off for a moment or two can reset things 🌹🌹

I haven't gotten any new levels in about 2 months.
Hi all, i haven't been getting any new levels in about 2 months. I am stuck on 20,525 with no new levels while my friend is almost at 20,800. I followed all of the tips in the FAQ. Is this normal? When can I expect new levels? Thanks.
