@PummyRaj I have already sent multiple online submissions to King Customer Care starting with Round 1 of this testing phase for this event and I continued to get a merry-go-round of automated messages telling me to look in the King Community for help. I have posted here and tagged multiple people but maybe the one person I did not tag was you.

I have seen posts from other players in direct response to my questions suggesting that Customer Care does not respond immediately and they now have a 72 hour response reply timeframe. My latest email assuming it is from my first submission on May 24th is to tell me they need more time and they are working on it. I did respond and thankfully I did not create the automated continuous email responses. Hopefully this will include feedback forms they send for me to consider for responses I have yet to receive.

I did not receive the event after May 31st! So, did not see the new version!

Do you still have the event? If so, how many tiers were you able to reach in this version?
If you did reach 22nd tier, how many Blue candies did you collect?

Hello, I managed to finish the event but felt like I could have got a few more hours. I didn’t screenshot all tiers, only where the awards popped up in case I got “connection error” message.

Below is a post (page 308) from a member who finished the event very early/ quickly listing all requirements for each tier.

So, basically tier 25 and 22 still require 15000. Tier 23 for a timed booster asks for more than 1000, then tier 25 with unlimited lives for 2 hours + 100 GB asked for 11500 candies.

Thank you for the heads-up! I was not receiving most of the tag notifications, but I did receive this one🤩

I was not keeping an eye on this Discussion, but there were enough complaints about not receiving 25 GB reward (which were merged with this discussion)! to report to the Community Manager, and QueenB has been reporting regularly to the Studio. As of Thursday, the issue is still being investigated!

I hope we will receive an update on Monday and a fix will come in🤞

With regards to replies from Customer Support —> It does depend on how busy they are! This past 2 weeks, they might have been hectic with the connection issues; Game not syncing; and not receiving rewards issues, etc.,

And yes! Player Support team does send a feedback form after each of our complaint. If the issue is not resolved, please feel free to mention that in your reply.

Please be assured that I am following up with QueenB and she is with the Studio👍
(If I did not respond, please give me another shoutout as many of my tags are not working 🙏🏼).

I like that it was better on all devices being in sync,not totally but better. More time would be great. When will the next one start?

@PummyRaj I have this event again this morning. I am assuming this will be Phase 3 of the testing for the Top That Event. Will keep you posted in here if I continue to have issues. I won 100 Gold Bars last week but was only able to collect the first 25 Gold Bars. I had internet connectivity error messages when I tried to collect the 50 and 25 Gold Bars. I have not heard from King Customer Care after my last response but thankfully I have not received any automated responses and/or feedback forms for submission. Have a great day 😊
