I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing! Does it happen each time you try to fulfill the tasks of the Gold Chocolate box or just this once?
Can you please check which version of the App you have right now? Also, is the Software on your iPad updated to latest version?

it has never happened before. I was told to force close and resign in and it worked.
