Happened again at 10.08pm (Australian EST). You can see from time remaining to regain a life, that the below screenshots were taken 5 minutes apart.
No way would I get 12 golden crowns in 5 minutes including the time for the new game to start 😅
The game has also gone from a gold chocolate box back to a classic chocolate box. Meaning I have not only lost time and boosters, I have now also lost all my progress to what was my present gold chocolate box level.
I can't wait for the explanation from the "team for this @QueenB @PummyRaj @Alienscar

This is something that I forgot to mention @Peter_Tornaros The game crashing for what I would say is no obvious reason is something that has been occurring since Dec 2023.
Crashing on start up, crashing mid-game, crashing on the last move of a level are all complaints that have increased this year, but as is usual the complaints are dismissed as 'check your internet'

I wish I could help you @Peter_Tornaros as I dearly wish I understood why King seem to be so bad at fixing software issues. Both the Necklace and the Chocolate Box can be affected by the long-running issue of features being temporarily missing from our games, so I wonder if this issue has other side-effects that aren't as obvious. Also the Chocolate Box has an issue that causes it to freeze peoples' games which might indicate that the Box also has other issues that only a few other players (such as you) are aware of. Additionally playing through Facebook causes issues that have nothing to do with King. The fact that there are so many issues, a lot of which have been going on for a long time, just beggars belief to be honest. Why a software company that has been producing the same game since 2012 can't fix simple issues is beyond me.
If you take advantage of the many tricks that people use to obtain free boosters/lives this might cause your game to become unstable over the long term.
I am sorry to see that you are stuck with this glitch, Peter😕 I can imagine how frustrating it must be!!

@QueenB @PummyRaj Happened again today at 12.43pm (Australian EST). Again wasted time and boosters. Got to fourth stage and required 2 Party Poppers. Next minute the game reboots and I have the below pictured.

This is ridiculous, I am wasting time and boosters.
You have always been able to alternate between your browser and Win10 with the Chocolate Box.
If you can't, it will be another side game top level players can't participate in !!!!
@QueenB This has happened again. This time as I was about to start Stage 3 which required me to use 2 Hand Switches.
This time it was at 5.17pm (Australian EST). I had played the first 2 stages on my PC browser and then changed to my Windows 10 version. The Chocolate Box was not there, so I played 1 level expecting it to appear, instead I got the below pictured. When I left my browser version it said I had 3 days to complete the 4 stages.
It is necessary to switch from browser to Windows 10 as I am at the top levels and most side games require playing old levels. I go back to the browser as I don't want to lose my Candy Necklace and it is easier to scroll back on a browser.
Oops, today at approx. midday (Australian EST), I went to play the Chocolate Box needing 2 UFOs to complete the fourth stage and win the 20 gold bars, etc. I had spent some time and effort completing the first 3 stages.
When I opened CCS in Windows 10, the Chocolate Box had disappeared. It reappeared and was telling me I had 2 minutes until the next new Chocolate Box.
I also checked my browser version and it had also defaulted to a new Chocolate Box.
This has happened before @QueenB

The Candy Necklace has been behaving of late. I have been playing a level and the Chocolate Box does appear.

Apologies for the time it has taken for us to get back to you!
The studio came back to me and after reviewing the tracking for that date, we didn’t find anything unusual.
Based on your description, it seems you’re not seeing the Chocolate Box when running the game on the Windows platform, but it appears after playing a few levels. This can be expected behavior since the feature requires syncing with the server, which happens when transitioning to the Saga Map or starting/ending a game.
How has it been lately? Do both features still appear and disappear?
My Candy Necklace rarely disappears for no apparent reason. Of course the episode race, well, can't figure that one out, I try different strategies, right now my strategy is if it appears and works into what I am doing then I play it. I seldom finish a race in one day. The Chocolate Box I only pay attention to at times. If I am playing it, I try to get it back up (the moves thing/pass old levels) before serious play. However, the disappearing Chocolate Box happens to me on everything, Win10, Win11, all browsers and my mobile phone. This has always happened to some degree. So if you are working on anything check your events before starting to play. On the Win app (if we have new levels), we don't want to do the moves thing, we don't like to scroll, do we? Find levels not so far back…
I think you are 100% correct. I have been reporting these problems for months and this is the first time I have actually got a response !!!
@Peter_Tornaros I have the same issue on Windows 10 plus the episode race comes and goes. I really think they have no interest in the players that use Windows or even Facebook. A lot of events I don't get on Windows but it's OK because I seem to do ok without some one them. Anyway King just wants the mobile players to be happy.
From memory it was yesterday afternoon (Australian Eastern Standard time). Approximately 14 hours ago.
Sometime it comes back after playing 1 game, sometimes it takes 2 or 3. Especially for the Candy Necklace.
