When I get any candy from store or want to buy something then always here seen Connecting to Store. May I know why? How is that problem solve ? Is that possible ? I ask that same question before 3 times but I don't get any response from your side.

Mine seems to be stuck too and that rarely happens to me. I was just trying to send a life to a friend.
I was having the similar error message earlier this morning. Then about an hour ago I received a different error. I didn't take the first screenshot but now I'm unable to play the game at all. Have you seen this @christinewupp After not allowing me to play the next level it barely allowed me to log out. Once I did, then I started getting this message. This game has so many bugs.
That's because none of us in the community here know how to solve it @shreekrishna2018 . In fact I am facing a total connection failure right now myself, for the first time ever, and am wondering what is going on in my game. The game is broken and King need to fix it. All these errors are at their end, and if we can't play Candy Crush I guess we'll just have to find something better to do. There have been multiple complaints about this in the support forum and never any useful answers from King.
