    makes me so mad. Losing all my time I paid for. Can't use gold

    I am not sure if King have an emergency team around at weekends? I heard they don't work weekends and only the bots or AI are around to give automated answers. But let's face it, losing Candy Crush for a day or two isn't really an emergency in the grand scheme of things, is it? Let's all just do something else instead.

    I’m having the same issue. Was on the last level of candy royale and needed to use 10 gold bars for the extra 5 moves and it wouldn’t connect just buffering and buffering. Lost out on 210 gold bars cos I had to close the app down 😵‍💫

    Yuppers! We'll have to find something else to do as one user said they don't work weekends. Maybe they got hacked. 🤔

    It finally let me back in, at first it had me wiped out to level 1. Now I'm back to my usual level, but no coins and no events/competitions. I hope this is fixed soon.

    Total bummer. Think it's gonna require more patience. Maybe an internal network issue or they got hacked. Trolling the support forum has been a fun way to pass the time. 😛

    no connection to the internet. I have not had a problem with my other games, just candy crush soda!

    This connection issue is a problem with the game, not our devices. Tried all the troubleshooting suggestions but it persists. The game is unplayable right now.

    I’ve already lost all my streaks and I’m currently being timed out of my progress in numerous events because the game will not load/connect properly.


    I’ve been using my phone all day with various apps and whatnot. Yours is the first one I’ve had a problem with. Add this to the laundry lists of log-in/loading issues this game has routinely. Only this time instead of the game half working it doesn’t work at all.
