That'sa big old F it... it's not even worth the frustration at this point. We are at their mercy until they figure it out. It's clearly a King issue at this point.
And everything is as it should be. Including receiving the gold bars that I had won and couldn't collect due to the connection issue āš¾

Mine seems to be back on iPad as well now. I'd better finish the episode I'd started as time has ticked on and I don't want to lose out on the gold or lose my win streak.
I guess when there is a risk of a major shutdown and significant loss of income the emergency team does get out at King.

It looked like it restored for 10 seconds when I ran out of moves on a level, but disappeared again. Ridiculous. King should be ashamed of themselves. They made billions off us and they can't afford to have one person on call on a Saturday?? Even my company's tech support is open 24/7. Just shameful.

This connection issue is a problem with the game, not our devices. Tried all the troubleshooting suggestions but it persists. The game is unplayable right now.
Iāve already lost all my streaks and Iām currently being timed out of my progress in numerous events because the game will not load/connect properly.
Iāve been using my phone all day with various apps and whatnot. Yours is the first one Iāve had a problem with. Add this to the laundry lists of log-in/loading issues this game has routinely. Only this time instead of the game half working it doesnāt work at all.

It finally let me back in, at first it had me wiped out to level 1. Now I'm back to my usual level, but no coins and no events/competitions. I hope this is fixed soon.
