from my understanding this has been happening to alot of other people as well. I'm having different issues and they havent as yet been resolved. Some people have mentioned its a server issue. Very possible. You can try King support, but it seems a waste of time. At least the mods respond, check several of the other threads on here, they may be able to help you more than I can.
