Video not playing for bonses

Hello,
To win bonuses and play video is not working. The curtains open but the video does not play and I do not receive any bonus candies. It is making it hard to pass some levels without this help.
Can anyone help please.

    Hi @Blacklr, I have seen a couple of other players reporting this.  I am going to elevate it to the Community Manager.

    Hi @Blacklr, I just heard back from the Community Manager and she said that the studio is aware of this and they are looking into this.  It's only affecting a small number of players.

    I am not getting any video bonuses despite deleting and reinstalling app. Had this been addressed yet?
