It seems we have different experiences. I've always gotten a hammer from the episode milestone in the event I already had full lives. I only get the +5 lives reward if my lives aren't full. That's odd how you still get the +5 lives milestone reward despite having full lives to begin with. Also infuriating since it's not like you'd see a difference! For that reason, it's tough to answer your last question; it is set in stone which of the two rewards are given—depending on which "rules" your game is following. O_o

Hello @Deryck I am the same as Christine I get the 5 extra lives even when I have full lives left which is really annoying. 😀 BTW I would send you lives but you seem to have disappeared from my friends list, maybe when my computer crashed. 🙄
