Please email Player Support so they can restore the levels manually on your new account.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on!
It's important that you choose "Problems with my game" as your topic and "Game didn't save" as your subtopic. Thank you for joining us

The main way to save progress in Candy and other games is either to make an account in the game, or connect the game to Facebook once it's started. Login with these two options and you should regain your progress.

If you didn't have any of these two types of accounts, I suggest contacting the King Support Team within the app to get help to restore your progress. You can do by going to the help section, scrolling down and pressing the "Contact Us" button in the game.
