If you are playing on a mobile device, please send a complaint from your game itself.

• Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
• Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
• In the Help Center - go down to "My Purchases" and click on it;
• Look for the option with "Accidental Purchases" and click on it;
• Follow the suggestions & directions provided there.
