my account on mobile is 6155 and in my ipad is 5751 how much i try to connect it by face book it stay on this level what is the problem??

Has anyone else been playing the game on the iPad before? It could be that the game is not connected to the correct account. Can you double check and see if the email address is correct?
If yes, disconnect the game app from your iPad, then try clearing the game app cache and the Safari cache and restart the iPad. Once done, connect it back to your facebook account and see if your progress gets synced.
