First things first, try restarting your game or even your device. It's like giving your phone a quick nap – it might be all you need to solve the problem. If that doesn't work, check if you're running the latest version of Candy Crush. An outdated app can cause all sorts of issues, including freezing. Thank you for joining us.

it could be Apple if u use them to purchase stuff that’s what happened to me. Apple said I owed them some money so when I purchased 👍boosters it all came back to normal. Hope this helps
