I wasplaying candycrush I tried to purchase boosters to enable me pass hard level, the money wad deducted on my mpesa but I didn't get the booster and also the refund. Right now I've tried to purchase again same thing has happened. I want now to quit candy crush since its they are giving us those offers to get our money without delivering
Hi @Njeri_88 any refund of real money would have to come from the company which holds your payment details. What is it you are waiting to have refunded and whom have you contacted for the refund?
