My account have sweet cinema option but it's not working

I don't think it is a coincidence @pranav1456 but I have noticed that every time a competition is taking place in Candy Crush (All Stars, Candy Cup) then people start to complain about their adverts not working. This is similar to how the complaints about game difficulty start to increase in the forum as well. That is, whilst a competition has started King does everything it can to encourage people to buy things for their game by making the game harder and removing adverts that provide free moves or boosters.
You should find that your Sweet Cinema starts working again after the Candy Cup has finished.
