I successfully finished level 3193 using 10 golden bars for extra moves. After opening the app a few hours later, it shows that the level has't been finished but the bars are missing! help please

Please check your game in the next few minutes as you might get the Gold Bars used back to your game so you can give the level another try.
Before doing so, try restarting the device to help with the game performance.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
