How do you solve level 9604 with only 20 moves.

Question

This level seems impossible to get through due to moves being reduced. Have seen previous examples with 30 and 27 moves. No boosters being given either.

I note that this level is a typical legendary level with lots of blockers. There are no specific tricks to pass levels like this, so my usual general advice regarding legendary levels applies, which is this:

* play no starting boosters unless you have timed as these will be wasted (they are only of use on our first attempt when we also have win streak boosters from our candy necklace)
* Make the first move the game suggests
* Check the board each move and make ANY move to match 4 or 5 candies that you can see to create a wrapped or striped candy or a colour bomb
* Look out carefully for any chance to make a combo of special candies such as colour bomb/wrap or stripe or wrap plus strike and hit the combo
* In a level with striped candy dispensers watch out for any wrapped candies or colour bombs forming, if they do, try to get it to sit next to a striped candy from the dispensers to make a combo
* If you get no such chance you will not pass without playing strong boosters, so give up and keep trying until you get a lucky board
* If the game does give you these chances you might have a chance to pass but on your final few moves play carefully and if you find you are going to get close consider using a lollipop, hand switch or UFO if you have one

As you move up the game legendary levels get harder, which means that lucky boards that will allow players to pass get rarer and take longer to appear. This may be even worse as we approach a big milestone level as King may hope that players closing up on level 10,000 are more willing to spend money on the game. If you are stuck on any level for a long time consider taking a break for a couple of weeks and after that the level might suddenly be made easier for you to pass.
