Hi @vicky999995 Something isn't right here with you are writing. There was never the suggestion of anyone getting 250 party poppers! Neither of the second getting 50, not even in the final and you were two rounds away from the final. Please go back to the first page of this thread where QueenB explain this event very well. You need to click on the links to see all the Terms and Conditions where King explain which rounds you will have to pass to get to the final what rewards players get if they win their final groups. The bottom line is you have to come into the top three of the leaderboard you are currently playing (2nd knockout) to get to the final round. In the final round each winner will get 50 party poppers. What the runners up will get we do not know exactly, but it won't be much.

I had received the "Tournament Collection" event, due to the fact that I didn't advance in the 1st and 2nd rounds of Candy Cup!

I qualified for the candy cup final but when I pull up m game the event is not on there and does not show I qualify for the final round, what is happening?

The order you have to do is, 1st qualifier โ 1st knockout โ 2nd knockout โ Final.
Now if you did qualify but missed the 1st/2nd knockout, Tuesday should be the 2nd Chance which will allow you to qualify for the final.

With so much of invested time, energy and money I finished the 1st knock out round. With the starting of the 2nd knockout the leader board only disappeared. So I have no idea where i stand if I lost or i won. The system requirements are all correct. This is sheer bad news regarding these kind of problems at the time when they should not happen. I am really disappointed with the app. Feeling terrible

Hello Kiara, thanks for responding. Is it possible for you to provide the status of my progress so that I can know where do I stand on the leaderboard? Also the 1st 3 counting's so that I know where to reach as the event is ending tomorrow.
Accordingly I will play or not as if I need to reach the top 3 I really need to get on to playing. Thanks and looking forward to hear from your side.
