game gets frozen on the chocolate box screen x 4 days

The game loads fine and normal. When it gets to the chocolate box screen to select it freezes. This has been going on for 4 days. I have tried deleting and re installing game, system restore and such and nothing has helped. When I play on my cell phone it works perfectly.

I'm glad to hear the feature works on your mobile device but may I ask what is the other platform you are having this issue on? Is it on Facebook via browser or trough the Windows 10 app?
