Lost all my boosters

Good afternoon, I have reinstalled the game, since I lost the function of speeding up the game. when I download it again and log in with my Facebook account, I realize that I lost all my boosters. Furthermore, the game accelerator does not appear either.

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble with your boosters and the game accelerator.

Unfortunately, boosters are stored locally on your device. This means that if you reinstall the game, you may lose any boosters you had.

Some features, like the game accelerator, are part of tests that we run to improve the game. These features may not always be available to all players at the same time and might come and go as we gather data and make improvements.

If you happen to have lost any boosters that you have purchased, you can reach out to our Support team and ask if they can replace the items you have bought to help you get back on track much faster.
