Bonus's lost when restarting laptop

Hi, sorry I have asked this question before but maybe didn't explain myself properly, when ever my laptop restarts or even when ever I restart face book I lose any bonus's built up on CC, I still start from the level I have reached but other than that its like it's the first time I have ever played the game, the game is slow until I play around 5 levels then I get the speed up, I don't get any continuous day bonus and when it does eventually go back to the level bonus screen it says your bonus's have been lost since you last played even though I played earlier in the same day, any ideas what is wrong maybe with my settings? TYIA
