Hi,my son is playing jelly saga on his i phone....level 3872.Since 4 th of May the advertisements stopped.He have Autisme and this problem makes him very angry every morning.
Who can tell me how to solve this and what can be the reason.King dont answer all my questions...please help us.

Hello and welcome to the community 👋 as for the advertisement I'm sorry this issue has occured. I have never had the opportunity to do the ads for extra. Its due to the A and B test group that sometimes we have it then it's gone. Everyone can't get this at once so sometimes in order for another player to get to try this it's taken away from one player to let another that has never had it try it out. I hope this makes sense and helps. You can contact our customer support and explain and maybe they can help you get it back for him 🤗
