when I click on joining this nothing happens. I don’t get my 60 min free. Is this happening to anyone else?

the candies are being collect but I’m only getting the 5 lives not the unlimited for an hour. I’m using an iPhone 14 Pro. Not sure what version of the app it is. How would I find this info? My phone has done the latest update though

Can you please explain what do you mean by "Factory Frenzy" is not working?
Is it the unlimited lives you are not receiving or the event is also not working for you — as in the Candies you collect are not being counted towards the event?
Which device are you using and which version of the App do you have right now?

Suddenly, yesterday, I started seeing the below pop up in multiple games. The first time, I tapped Claim, but it just kept popping back up over and over and over and you can't exit or back out of it. The game needs to be restarted entirely. I am seeing this in multiple games on Android.
