I am sorry to hear that you lost the boosters from your game! There could be various reasons for this glitch/issue!!
Can you please tell me which device you are using? If playing on a mobile device, did you reinstall the App? OR did you "factory reset" the device?

Did you uninstall and then reinstall your game on your device?
This is a reason that has as a result to loose all boosters.
