I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!
Can you please tell me which events are not counting the candies you have collected? Is it the Chocolate Box or Candy Cup or Season Pass or some other event?
If it is the Candy Cup or any other events, are you making sure that you are winning the levels? Except for Chocolate Box feature, all other events need you to win the level for the candies to be counted.
If you can specify which event it is, I might be able to assist you better🍫🍫
When it says to collect certain candies such as stripes or colors to win prizes or contest, nothing is counted.
