i am not given enough bricks to unlock the other brick sections in the level making it impossible to complete. The machines that generate other obstacles create more of the pink translucent blocks and not the bricks needed to complete.

Hello, yes there is a faulty version out there! I have seen two more complaints.
@QueenB This is another test that has gone wrong!!!!! It's time make another collection thread and get this sorted out with some urgency please. There is no way past this level for these players because neither boosters nor gold will help with this kind of issue! So all these players are stuck until it gets fixed.

Please wait for the level to be fixed and do not reinstall your game! Because, the glitch is not on your side, reinstalling will not do any good!
Level 15862 has online 10 bricks but it needs 30 bricks in order to complete the level. How can this be fixed?

I passed it because I have the correct version of this level, with enough frosting. Unfortunately you and a number of other players have a faulty version I am afraid and will have to wait until King fix it to continue with your game.

As there is no sign of anyone from King reading any of these posts I would suggest you all contact Player Support and send in your screenshots to alert them that there is a problem with level 15862. Best done via settings in your app as they will then automatically know who you are, or use this link:

There are not enough frosting blocker layers on level 15862 to unlock the order lock. There were enough prior to this morning, but somehow the program glitched.
Hi @Nikolaos_Prodromidis I think there are some faulty test versions of this level with only one layer of frosting and which can therefore not be passed. I checked my version and it has several layers of frosting and can be passed, that was both before I updated but it has stayed this way after I just made the latest update as well. @QueenB or @PummyRaj need to get involved in this. There are about six or seven posts about this level!

I just understand that there is a real problem, because of the too many reports by players!

As i can read here and also on other platforms, ads like Temu, Zeekr ,..even a Grey screen pops up every now and than …are horrible.
