Are you asking how to ask your friends to play your level for you (with “Help a Friend” feature)? If so, it is not possible as it is the game system that sends us the requests to play a level that our friends are stuck on!!
If you are asking for the tips, can you please post a screenshot of your level - after you click on Play and open the level?
We have been noticing that some of the levels players are stuck on are completely different from the level we have in our games. So, just would like to compare and make sure 😅

Suddenly, yesterday, I started seeing the below pop up in multiple games. The first time, I tapped Claim, but it just kept popping back up over and over and over and you can't exit or back out of it. The game needs to be restarted entirely. I am seeing this in multiple games on Android.
