Why aren't my free lives from friends resetting at midnight?

Are you asking about your "available" lives that we see at the top left corner (next to the Heart icon)? OR the number of lives we can collect from our friends, where it shows 20/20 in the top right corner (after you click & open the Envelope)? OR the lives we receive from the friends?
The lives will not reset unless our friends send to us! It is only the "number of lives we can collect" in a day that will reset and become 20/20.
If this is not what you are talking about, can you please show a screenshot for me?

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
