When you change your cell phone, boosters are saved locally on your device and not to your game account. This is why they don't transfer to your new phone.
However, your gold bars and progress are saved to your account and will be available when you log in on any device.
To avoid losing boosters in the future, try to use them up before switching devices.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
