Unfortunately, some players do not have the option to change their profile picture. This is not your device but, a change that King brought in!
If you are logged into the game through Facebook, you can change it on your Facebook. But, if you are logged in with King account or with Apple ID, you do not have an option but, keep the “default” picture that game provides you! Please see King’s explanation about the disabled feature in this Help Article ⬇️ (you will have to copy & paste the link to your browser or tab on your Safari).
